What I do

I code only the strictest, standards-compliant HTML to markup your content. I then use a presentation language called CSS to layout and style the content. If a design calls for it, I will also use a client-side scripting language called javascript. When a design requires server interaction, I employ a scripting language called PHP. All of this writing, marking up, and coding, provides you the customer with a beautiful, accessible, fast loading website.

My Design Theory...

I believe with every design that content structure, accessibility, and search engine optimization must be priority. Developing your site for maximum accessibility allows your business to be seen from every web browser, and every internet connected device. Once all of this is in place the process of making the site more pleasing to the eye and "flashy" can and should be implemented.

So who is Jim Langdon...

I've worked in the computer industry for over 10 years, and in that time I've aquired a wide array of computer skills, spanning from IT Consulting and computer repair, to web design and development.

I am fortunate enough to still make time for my family & friends, especially my beautiful wife, and the coolest 3 year old son on the planet. When I am not working the keyboard, I can usually be found exploring the mountains, and the ocean.

Shortly you will also be able to learn a little more about me by reading my blog. I plan to discuss topics ranging from web design and development news, to my adventures in life. Please stop by and have a look when you have a moment.

I can also be found on twitter located just to your right.
